Growth Manager

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Growth Manager to engage with developers and product managers across the Fintech community, to describe how Meld can help them solve their specific problems, and drive awareness of our value proposition across the ecosystem.

You have an obsession for growth and continuous experimentation and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will have an interest in learning about the fintech ecosystem including traditional finance as well as the crypto space. Your primary goals will be to engage the community through helpful content posts across sites such as StackOverflow, HackerNews, fintech reddit, slack and discord channels, and areas where fintech developers and product folks congregate to share tips, ask questions, and build community connections. Your secondary goal will be to create and amplify content around Meld partnerships and product features through blog posts that drive SEO. This is a unique opportunity for a rockstar who wants to drive growth by working alongside a highly collaborative and talented team.

You will

  • Have an experimental, data-driven growth mindset.
  • Identify opportunities to engage the community for Meld’s product suite.
  • Engage the community across social channels including StackOverflow, HackerNews, Discord, Twitter, etc.
  • Be a good writer - write blog posts and features that engage and interact with the community.

You have

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, preferably with fintech and/or crypto businesses
  • Experience measuring performance and ROI across channels, presenting findings to cross-functional teams

  • Great project management abilities. You can manage multiple moving pieces to ship experiments.

Account Executive

We are seeking an outstanding Sales Executive to help us build out our Sales function. You will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers onto Meld. You will have a broad understanding of the fintech ecosystem, be it fiat, crypto, or both!. You enjoy working with and selling to product and engineering teams. You are comfortable identifying customer needs and understanding how Meld can address those needs (sometimes we won’t, and it’s OK to walk away!). You are a powerful storyteller: you will connect our products with our customers’ needs and goals.

You will

  • Be strategic: you’ll work with the founders to identify target customer profiles, create messaging, and develop a POV on the best path to grow Meld’s customer base.
  • Execute: create and execute a sales plan that expands customer base and extends market reach.
  • Build: Design and implement the sales process at Meld from the ground up.
  • Metrics-oriented: Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to the sales pipeline.
  • Hire: help onboard our next set of sales team members.

You have

  • A consistent track record of overachievement!
  • 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in fintech and/or crypto.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of tools and processes in sales and post-sales lifecycle.
  • Technical acumen, i.e. ability to understand our products and their value
  • Exceptional written, negotiation and verbal communication skills
  • Have led and mentored junior team members in previous roles
  • Have worked as an SDR/BDR and grown into an AE role.

DevOps Engineer

As a member of the Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to evolve and extend our Cloud-based infrastructure and processes that allows the team to deliver with high velocity in a safe manner. Security is always top of mind in our industry and you will have the responsibility to continue strengthening our posture. This will require close interaction with Developers, Testers and Product Managers to collaborate on what needs to be built and when. Solid experience in building large scale, high-performance distributed systems in face of complex and often changing business logic is a must. You are comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; is detail oriented, and is eager to learn new technologies and systems. You can work independently, but are a collaborative team player who knows how to share knowledge, when to teach, and when to learn.

You will

  • Take personal responsibility for the quality, reliability and availability of QA, Sandbox & Production infrastructure
  • Maintain day-to-day operations and documentation of infrastructure
  • Participate in rotating on-call incident response after normal business hours and on weekends
  • Develop and improve instrumentation for monitoring the health and availability, security, efficiency, and scalability of systems
  • Manage a ticket queue of troubleshooting escalations, security vulnerability remediations and completing manual tasks that are not yet automated or require human touch
  • Support both the Operations and Customer Support teams in triaging product configurations and settings that negatively impact Account’s ability to user our service

You have

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • At least 4 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
  • 5+ years of experience with coding and scripting (Python, Bash or Perl)
  • Knowledgeable of VPC networking and subnets, firewalls, security groups, DNS, internet gateway, NAT, routing rules
  • Knowledgeable of security best practices (i.e. SSH, ACL, HTTPS/TLS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team setting
  • Ability to independently design and execute Cloud-based infrastructure projects
  • Be able to forge relationships and work collaboratively with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and support engineers
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and deliver documents in a timely manner, sometimes under tight timelines

Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

We are seeking outstanding engineers to build out our dashboard that solves some of the most challenging technical and business problems in Fintech. Solid experience in building Single Page Applications (SPA) in face of complex and often changing business logic is a must. You are comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; is detail oriented, and is eager to learn new technologies and systems.
