Growth Manager

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Growth Manager to engage with developers and product managers across the Fintech community, to describe how Meld can help them solve their specific problems, and drive awareness of our value proposition across the ecosystem.

You have an obsession for growth and continuous experimentation and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will have an interest in learning about the fintech ecosystem including traditional finance as well as the crypto space. Your primary goals will be to engage the community through helpful content posts across sites such as StackOverflow, HackerNews, fintech reddit, slack and discord channels, and areas where fintech developers and product folks congregate to share tips, ask questions, and build community connections. Your secondary goal will be to create and amplify content around Meld partnerships and product features through blog posts that drive SEO. This is a unique opportunity for a rockstar who wants to drive growth by working alongside a highly collaborative and talented team.

You will

• Have an experimental, data-driven growth mindset.
• Identify opportunities to engage the community for Meld’s product suite.
• Engage the community across social channels including StackOverflow, HackerNews, Discord, Twitter, etc.
• Be a good writer - write blog posts and features that engage and interact with the community.
• Be extroverted enough to feel excited about proactive online/in person conversations about Meld.
• Work closely with product and engineering to support your efforts
• Grow and manage the relevant community, and coordinate with them to moderate the regional social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to enhance positive engagement
• Be technically curious and competent.

You have

• 2+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, preferably with fintech and/or crypto businesses
• Experience measuring performance and ROI across channels, presenting findings to cross-functional teams
• Strong writing skills. You can make complex concepts easy to understand and know how to write conversationally.
• Great project management abilities. You can manage multiple moving pieces to ship experiments.
• Self-starter. You’re always looking for opportunities to learn and new ways to hit our shared goals.
• Technical acumen. You have the ability to understand our products and their value.

Account Executive

We are seeking an outstanding Sales Executive to help us build out our Sales function. You will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers onto Meld. You will have a broad understanding of the fintech ecosystem, be it fiat, crypto, or both!. You enjoy working with and selling to product and engineering teams. You are comfortable identifying customer needs and understanding how Meld can address those needs (sometimes we won’t, and it’s OK to walk away!). You are a powerful storyteller: you will connect our products with our customers’ needs and goals.

You will

• Be strategic: you’ll work with the founders to identify target customer profiles, create messaging, and develop a POV on the best path to grow Meld’s customer base.
• Execute: create and execute a sales plan that expands customer base and extends market reach.
• Build: Design and implement the sales process at Meld from the ground up.
• Metrics-oriented: Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to the sales pipeline.
• Hire: help onboard our next set of sales team members.

You have

• A consistent track record of overachievement!
• 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in fintech and/or crypto.
• Possesses a deep understanding of tools and processes in sales and post-sales lifecycle.
• Technical acumen, i.e. ability to understand our products and their value
• Exceptional written, negotiation and verbal communication skills
• Have led and mentored junior team members in previous roles
• Have worked as an SDR/BDR and grown into an AE role.

Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

We are seeking outstanding engineers to build out our dashboard that solves some of the most challenging technical and business problems in Fintech. Solid experience in building Single Page Applications (SPA) in face of complex and often changing business logic is a must. You are comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; is detail oriented, and is eager to learn new technologies and systems. You can work independently, but is a collaborative team player who knows how to share knowledge, when to teach, and when to learn. By being so early on the team, you’ll be working with senior engineers who know their craft; together, you’ll collaborate in making some of the most significant decisions to empower the future growth of the company. • Partner with product management to deeply understand our customer’s needs in defining new features & enhancements

• Architect & implement a framework on top of React/Redux to be used to accelerate web UI development Design & implement a Dashboard with a world class UX that allows our customers to easily manage their user’s workflows and lifecycle across disparate fintech domains
• Design & implement Javascript SDKs our customers will use to access our APIs
• Proactively improve our architecture, frameworks, tooling, automation, and processes in collaboration with other senior peersHave broad autonomy and responsibility for formulating the best solution possible and working with your peers to deliver it
• Become an expert in several fintech domains and mentor junior team members

You have

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing and testing Javascript code
• Extensive hands-on experience building SPAs using React/Redux
• Built frameworks on top of the React/Redux libraries for rapid development
• Built Javascript SDKs used by customers webpages to access webservice APIs
• Used npm and webpack to build and package apps
• Solid HTML & CSS experience
• Juggled multiple competing product priorities vs. engineering investments
• Led and mentored junior Software Engineers
• Worked in a fast paced environment in Agile methodology

Software Engineer - Backend

Solid experience in building large scale, high-performance distributed systems in face of complex and often changing business logic is a must. You are comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; is detail oriented, and is eager to learn new technologies and systems. You can work independently, but is a collaborative team player who knows how to share knowledge, when to teach, and when to learn. You have

• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing and testing Java code
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing & scaling distributed SOA systems
• Designed highly available and observable distributed services
• Juggled multiple competing product priorities vs. engineering investments
• Used RDBMS (preferably Postgresql)
• Worked on Cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Led and mentored junior Software Engineers
• Worked in a fast paced environment in Agile methodology
