Culture

While we are remote-friendly, we are primarily hiring in the SF Bay Area and New York for non tech roles, and senior engineering across the SF Bay Area or Europe. Account Executive

We are seeking an outstanding Sales Executive to help us build out our Sales function. You will spearhead and own, end to end, prospecting, contracting, and onboarding of new customers onto Meld. You are comfortable identifying customer needs and understanding how Meld can address those needs. You are a powerful storyteller: you will connect our products with our customers’ needs and goals.

Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. Role Overview

Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and versatile Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of core revenue operations processes—like invoicing, payments, and partner commissions—while also supporting a wide range of internal operations across people, finance, and customer success. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help the company run smoothly and scale effectively.

You will

  • Own the end-to-end invoicing process: draft, send, track, and follow up on customer invoices
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections

Job Description

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline support for product-related inquiries, particularly those involving APIs and integrations. You will work closely with our customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely and accurate manner. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues related to API usage and integration.

Growth Lead

We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and execution-focused Growth Lead to own and scale our entire go-to-market motion. This is a senior leadership role working with the founder and other senior leaders in the company.
